Test 2C - Repairing No Response

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
NOTE: For connector terminal identification, see Figure .
NOTE: Perform TEST 2A  before proceeding.
  1. Remove circuit breaker No. 27 from fuse block. Using DRB in voltmeter mode, check voltage at ignition voltage feed circuit (Black/White wire) of left terminal of circuit breaker receptacle. If voltage is more than 10 volts, go to next step. If voltage is less than 10 volts, repair open ignition voltage feed circuit (Black/White wire). Perform TEST VER-1A  .
  2. With DRB in ohmmeter mode, check circuit resistance at VTA module connector terminal No. 20 (Light Green/Red wire). If resistance is more than 5 ohms, go to next step. If resistance is less than 5 ohms, repair short to ground in ignition voltage feed circuit (Light Green/Red wire). Replace circuit breaker. Perform TEST VER-1A  .
  3. Check resistance between VTA module connector terminal No. 20 (Light Green/Red wire) and right terminal of circuit breaker No. 27 receptacle (Light Green/Red wire) of fuse block. If resistance is less than 5 ohms, replace circuit breaker. Perform TEST VER-1A  . If resistance is more than 5 ohms, repair open ignition feed circuit (Light Green/Red wire). Perform TEST VER-1A  .
