Front Side Door Window Reveal Molding Replacement

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice . Fastener Tightening Specifications: Refer to Fastener Tightening Specifications . Preliminary Procedures Place the front door window in the full down position. Remove the front door interior trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement . Remove the front door garnish molding. Refer to Front Side Door Opening Frame Garnish Molding Replacement . Remove the front door outside mirror. Refer to Mirror Replacement - Power . Pull the window channel sealing strip from the channel to access the reveal molding screws.
1	Screw, Front Door Frame Reveal Molding (Qty: 9) Tighten: 1.3 N.m (12 lb in)
2	Reveal Molding, Front Door Window Frame Tip: Use a plastic flat-bladed tool to release the push-in retainers from the B-pillar of the door. Pull the reveal molding from the window flange.

Preliminary Procedures

Place the front door window in the full down position.
Remove the front door interior trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
Remove the front door garnish molding. Refer to Front Side Door Opening Frame Garnish Molding Replacement .
Remove the front door outside mirror. Refer to Mirror Replacement - Power .
Pull the window channel sealing strip from the channel to access the reveal molding screws.

Screw, Front Door Frame Reveal Molding (Qty: 9)

Tighten: 1.3 N.m (12 lb in)

Tip:

Use a plastic flat-bladed tool to release the push-in retainers from the B-pillar of the door.
Pull the reveal molding from the window flange.
