Temperature Valve Replacement (Auxiliary)

Preliminary Procedure

  1. Remove the auxiliary HVAC heater core. Refer to Auxiliary Heater Core Replacement .
  2. Disconnect any wiring connectors.
  3. Invert the auxiliary HVAC module to access components.
  4. Separate the auxiliary HVAC case. Refer to Auxiliary Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Case Replacement - Outboard .
1 Auxiliary Temperature Valve

Procedure

  1. Note the location and routing of the wiring harness to ensure proper reinstallation.
  2. When replacing the HVAC case, transfer all necessary components.
