Preliminary Procedure Remove the auxiliary HVAC module. Refer to Auxiliary HVAC Module Replacement . Disconnect any wiring connectors. Invert the auxiliary HVAC module to access components.
1	Auxiliary Heater Core Bracket Screw (Qty: 6) NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice . Tighten: 2 N.m (18 lb in)
2	Auxiliary Heater Core Tube Bracket
3	Auxiliary HVAC Module Lower Case Seal
4	Auxiliary A/C Evaporator Tube Bracket
5	Auxiliary Heater Core Procedure: Slide the auxiliary heater core outward of the case for removal. Tip: Ensure the heater core seals are secure upon installation.
