Front Fender Replacement - Right Side (Non Hybrid)

Preliminary Procedures Remove the headlamp. Refer to Headlamp Replacement (Cadillac Escalade) , Headlamp Replacement (Tahoe, Avalanche) , Headlamp Replacement (Chevrolet Tahoe Two-mode Hybrid) , Headlamp Replacement (Escalade PLATINUM) , Headlamp Replacement (Non HID) , Headlamp Replacement (Yukon) , Headlamp Replacement (GMC Yukon Two-mode Hybrid) . Remove the upper rear fender bracket. Refer to Front Fender Rear Upper Bracket Replacement . Remove the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement . Remove the air cleaner bracket. Refer to Air Cleaner Bracket Replacement . Remove the coolant reservoir bottle from the right fender and set it aside. Do not open the cooling system. Refer to Radiator Surge Tank Replacement (Non-HP2) , Radiator Surge Tank Replacement (HP2) . Remove the battery tray. Refer to Battery Tray Replacement . Remove the right hood hinge. Refer to Hood Hinge Replacement . Remove the right hood open assist spring. Refer to Hood Open Assist Spring Replacement . Remove the front wheelhouse liner. Refer to Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement - Right Side .
1	Fender Mounting Bolt (Qty: 3) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 25 N.m (18 lb ft)
2	Fender Mounting Bolt (Qty: 3) Tighten 30 N.m (22 lb ft) Procedure Apply threadlock compound to the bolts.
3	Fender Mounting Clip (Qty: 3)
4	Fender Assembly TIP: Transfer parts as needed.
