Rear Seat Number 2 Head Restraint Guide Replacement

Fastener Tightening Specifications:  Refer to Fastener Tightening Specifications .
Preliminary Procedure: 
Remove the rear seat. Refer to Rear Seat Replacement (Tahoe with HP2)  or Rear Seat Replacement (Avalanche/Escalade EXT)  or Rear Seat Replacement (Tahoe/Yukon/Escalade with Split Bench)  or Rear Seat Replacement (Tahoe/Yukon/Escalade with Bucket Seat) .
1 Rear Seat Head Restraint
Tip: 
  1. Depress the button on the inboard head restraint guide to raise the head restraint to the full up position.
  2. Insert a small diameter tool into the hole on the inboard side of the outboard head restraint guide and pull upward to remove.
2 Rear Seat Head Restraint Guides
Tip: 
  1. Release the j-channel at the bottom of the seat back and pull the seat back cover up enough to gain access to the head restraint guides.
  2. Squeeze the bottom of the head restraint guide together and push up to remove.
