Preliminary Procedure Unlatch the rear seat cushion and fold forward. Remove the rear seat back cushion latch covers. Refer to Rear Seat Back Cushion Latch Cover Replacement (Avalanche/Escalade EXT) . Remove the rear seat cushion trim panel. Refer to Rear Seat Cushion Trim Panel Replacement (Tahoe/Yukon/Escalade with Split Bench) or Rear Seat Cushion Trim Panel Replacement (Avalanche/Escalade EXT) or Rear Seat Cushion Trim Panel Replacement (Tahoe/Yukon/Escalade with Bucket) .
1	Rear Seat Cushion Cover Tip: Remove the seat cushion cover and pad as an assembly and then separate if needed.
