DTC : P0564-F0
DTC P0564-F0 : ACC Switch Signal Circuit Error

- DTC check
- 1. Turn the vehicle to the ON mode.
- 2. Clear the DTC with the HDS.
Clear DTCs
- 3. Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode.
- 4. Turn the vehicle to the ON mode, then wait for at least 5 seconds.
- 5. Check for DTCs with the HDS.
Is DTC P0564-F0 indicated?
YES
Check for loose terminals and poor connections in the multipurpose camera unit 20P connector. If they are OK, replace the Multipurpose Camera Unit .
YES
If DTC P0564-11 or P0564-15 are also indicated,
go to DTC P0564-11 - Refer to: DTC Troubleshooting: P0564-11 (2016 2017 2018) or DTC Troubleshooting: P0564-11 (2019 2020 2021) or P0564-15 - Refer to: DTC Troubleshooting: P0564-15 (2016 2017 2018) or DTC Troubleshooting: P0564-15 (2019 2020 2021) . NO
Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time. Go to intermittent failures troubleshooting - Refer to:
How to Troubleshoot the Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) (2016 2017 2018) or How to Troubleshoot the Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) (2019 2020 2021) . If the freeze data/on-board snapshot of this DTC is recorded, try to reproduce the failure under the same conditions with the Freeze data/on-board snapshot.
