Installation Procedure
Front Fender (1) - Install
- CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution
Front Fender Nut (2) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
- Front Fender Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications
Air Inlet Grille Panel Retainer (3) - Install
- Front Fender Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications
- Headlamp Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
Front Fender Insulator (2) - Install
- Front Fender Filler Insulator Clip (1) - Install
Front Bumper Fascia (1) - Install - Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation
Front Wheelhouse Liner (3) - Install
- Front Wheelhouse Liner Retainer (2) - Install
- Front Wheelhouse Liner Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [7x] - Fastener Specifications
Front Wheelhouse Rear Liner (3) - Install
- Front Wheelhouse Liner Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [6x] - Fastener Specifications
- Rear Wheelhouse Liner Retainer (2) - Install
Position the rocker panel front molding (1) to the vehicle and seat the upper rocker panel molding retainers into the rocker outer panel reinforcement.
- Seat the lower rocker panel molding retainers into the rocker outer panel reinforcement
Rocker Panel Molding Jacking Opening Front Cover (1) - Install
Front Wheel Opening Molding (3) - Install
- Front Wheel Opening Molding Retainer (2) - Engage [12x]
- Front Wheel Opening Molding Retainer (1) - Engage [2x]
Front Bumper Fascia Guide (3) - Install
- Front Fender Bolt (2) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
- Front Bumper Fascia Guide Bolt (1) Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
Front Fender Ornamentation Vent (1) - Install
- Front Fender Ornamentation Vent Bolt (2) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
- Remove the double layer of masking tape around the perimeter of the painted surfaces.
- Using a 50/50 mixture of isopropyl alcohol and clean drinkable water with a clean towel, remove any left over adhesive residue from the masking tape.
