Installation Procedure
Instrument Panel Stowage Tray (2) - Install
- Instrument Panel Tray Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 2.5 N.m (22 lb in)
- Slide the front floor console back into position careful to install the guide pins into there holes.
Front Floor Console Bolt (2) @ Front Floor Console Bracket - Install and tighten9 N.m (80 lb in)
- Front Floor Console Bolt Access Hole Cover (1) - Install
Front Floor Console Bolt (1) @ Automatic Transmission Control - Install and tighten [2x] 2.5 N.m (22 lb in)
Front Floor Console Bolt (2) @ Front Floor Console Bracket - Install and tighten9 N.m (80 lb in)
- Front Floor Console Bolt Access Hole Cover (1) - Install
Front Floor Console Bolt (1) @ Automatic Transmission Control - Install and tighten [2x] 2.5 N.m (22 lb in)
Front Floor Console Bolt (1) @ Instrument Panel - Install and tighten [2x] 2.5 N.m (22 lb in)
Front Floor Console Extension Panel - Left Side (1) - Install - Front Floor Console Extension Panel Replacement - Left Side (Equinox) , or Front Floor Console Extension Panel Replacement - Left Side (Terrain)
Front Floor Console Extension Panel - Right Side (1) - Install - Front Floor Console Extension Panel Replacement - Right Side (Equinox) , or Front Floor Console Extension Panel Replacement - Right Side (Terrain)
Instrument Panel Upper Trim Panel (1) - Install Instrument Panel Upper Trim Panel Replacement (Equinox) , or Instrument Panel Upper Trim Panel Replacement (Terrain)
Hazard Warning Switch (1) - Install - Hazard Warning Switch Replacement (Equinox) , or Hazard Warning Switch Replacement (Terrain)
Radio Front Center Speaker (2) - Install - Radio Front Center Speaker Replacement (Equinox) , or Radio Front Center Speaker Replacement (Terrain)
Install the left and right radio front speaker (2). Radio Front Speaker Replacement (Equinox) , or Radio Front Speaker Replacement (Terrain)
Instrument Panel Compartment Door (1) - Install - Instrument Panel Compartment Door Replacement (Equinox) , or Instrument Panel Compartment Door Replacement (Terrain)
Front Floor Console Applique (1) - Install - Front Floor Console Applique Replacement (Equinox)
Radio Control (1) - Install - Radio Control Assembly Replacement (Equinox) , or Radio Control Assembly Replacement (Terrain)
Instrument Panel Light Conductor Lamp (1) - Install - Instrument Panel Light Conductor Lamp Replacement (Equinox) , or Instrument Panel Light Conductor Lamp Replacement (GMC)
Serial Data Gateway Module (1) - Install - Serial Data Gateway Module Replacement (Equinox) , or Serial Data Gateway Module Replacement (Terrain with MNH, NMK, or MHG) , or Serial Data Gateway Module Replacement (Terrain with M3U, M3D, or M3H)
Instrument Panel Outer Air Outlet - Right Side (2) - Install - Instrument Panel Outer Air Outlet Replacement - Right Side (Equinox) , or Instrument Panel Outer Air Outlet Replacement - Right Side (Terrain)
Instrument Panel Center Air Outlet - Right Side (2) - Install - Instrument Panel Center Air Outlet Replacement - Right Side (Equinox) , or Instrument Panel Center Air Outlet Replacement - Right Side (Terrain)
Instrument Panel Center Air Outlet - Left Side (2) - Install - Instrument Panel Center Air Outlet Replacement - Left Side (Equinox) , or Instrument Panel Center Air Outlet Replacement - Left Side (Terrain)
Instrument Panel Outer Air Outlet - Left Side (2) - Install - Instrument Panel Outer Air Outlet Replacement - Left Side (Equinox) , or Instrument Panel Outer Air Outlet Replacement - Left Side (Terrain)
Remove the left and right instrument panel outer trim cover (1). Instrument Panel Outer Trim Cover Replacement (Equinox) , or Instrument Panel Outer Trim Cover Replacement (Terrain)
Remove the left and right windshield garnish molding (1). Windshield Garnish Molding Replacement (Equinox) , or Windshield Garnish Molding Replacement (Terrain)
