Rear Side Door Trim Replacement (Extended Cab)

Preliminary Procedures

  1. Rear Side Door Armrest Pull Cup Replacement 
  2. Disconnect the seat belt from the seat belt anchor plate tensioner.Front Seat Belt Anchor Plate Tensioner Replacement (Extended Cab)
1 Rear Side Door Trim Panel Fastener
CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .


Tighten 
2.5 N.m (22 lb in)
2 Rear Side Door Trim Assembly

Procedure

  1. Using the appropriate plastic trim tool loosen the retainers on the door trim panel.
  2. When the panel is sufficiently loosened, grasp with both hands and lift up and towards you to disengage integral retainers and clips.
  3. Route the door trim panel around the seat belt tensioner cover, seat belt webbing and the seat belt guide adjuster.
  4. Place the door trim panel on a clean flat surface.
