Front Fender Replacement - Left Side (Without, ULV, ZR2)

Preliminary Procedures Remove the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (GMC) , or Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (Chevrolet) Remove the left hand air inlet grille extension. Refer to Air Inlet Grille Panel Extension Replacement Remove the front compartment side sight shield. Refer to Front Compartment Side Sight Shield Replacement Remove the front fender paint protector if equipped. Refer to Front Fender Paint Protector Replacement (Without Bison) , or Front Fender Paint Protector Replacement (With Bison) Reposition the hood release cable. Reposition the windshield washer hose.
1	Left Front Fender Upper Bolt CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Procedure Using ball end TORX driver to loosen bolt only, bolt does not have to be removed as fender is slotted. NOTE: Place protective covering over windshield at top rear bolt to prevent windshield breakage (arrow). Tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
2	Left Front Fender Bolt (Qty: 10) Tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
3	Left Front Fender Procedure Transfer any necessary additional parts as needed.
