Removal Procedure

  1. Front Bumper Fascia - Remove - Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (ZR2)

    Remove the left side air inlet grille panel extension (1). Air Inlet Grille Panel Extension Replacement

    Remove the left side front compartment side sight shield (2). Front Compartment Side Sight Shield Replacement 

  4. Remove the left side front fender paint protector. Front Fender Paint Protector Replacement (Without Bison) , or Front Fender Paint Protector Replacement (With Bison)

    Remove the left side front fender insulator (2). Front Fender Insulator Replacement 

  6. Reposition the hood release cable.
  7. Reposition the windshield washer hose.

    Front Fender Bolt (1) - Remove [3x]

    NOTE:
    • Place protective covering over windshield at top rear fender bolt to prevent windshield breakage.
    • Fender bolt does not have to be removed as the fender is slotted.

    Use torx driver to loosen the fender bolt (1).

  10. Front Fender Bolt (2) - Remove [5x]

    Front Fender (1) - Remove

  12. Transfer components as necessary.
