Removal Procedure

  1. Remove Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module (1). Refer to Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Removal and Installation (C59) Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Removal and Installation (Without C59) 
  2. Remove Air Conditioning Evaporator Thermal Expansion Valve. Refer to Air Conditioning Evaporator Thermal Expansion Valve Replacement

  3. Remove Heater Core Outlet Tube (3). Refer to Heater Core Outlet Tube Replacement Heater Core Outlet Tube Replacement (C69)

  12. Transfer components as necessary.
