Failure to follow these precautions may cause personal injury and/or damage to the vehicle or its components. Preliminary Procedures Recover the refrigerant. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (R-1234yf) Remove Air Conditioning Refrigerant Heat Exchanger @ Air Conditioning Evaporator Thermal Expansion Valve. Refer to Air Conditioning Refrigerant Heat Exchanger Replacement (LGX With C69) Air Conditioning Refrigerant Heat Exchanger Replacement (LCV)
1	Air Conditioning Evaporator Thermal Expansion Valve Bolt (Qty: 2) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 6 N.m (53 lb in)
2	Air Conditioning Evaporator Thermal Expansion Valve
3	Air Conditioning Evaporator Thermal Expansion Valve Seal (Qty: 2) Procedure Remove and DISCARD the sealing washers. Refer to Air Conditioning System Seal Replacement .
