Installation Procedure

  1. Install Air Conditioning Evaporator (1) @ Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Upper Case (2)

  2. Install Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Lower Case (1)

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  3. Install and tighten Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Lower Case Bolts (1) (Qty: 12) to 2.5 N.m (22 lb in)
  4. Install Retainer Clips (2) (Qty: 2)

  5. Install and tighten Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Lower Case Bolts (1) (Qty: 6) to 2.5 N.m (22 lb in)

  6. Install and tighten Heater Core Bracket Bolts (1) (Qty: 2) to 2.5 N.m (22 lb in)

  7. Install Retainer Clips (1) (Qty: 5)

  8. Install Heater Core Inlet Tube (3). Refer to Heater Core Inlet Tube Replacement Heater Core Inlet Tube Replacement (C69)

  9. Install Heater Core Outlet Tube (3). Refer to Heater Core Outlet Tube Replacement Heater Core Outlet Tube Replacement (C69) 
  10. Install Air Conditioning Evaporator Thermal Expansion Valve. Refer to Air Conditioning Evaporator Thermal Expansion Valve Replacement
