Installation Procedure

- Install the brake pressure modulator valve secondary brake pipe.
- Connect the brake pressure modulator valve secondary brake pipe fitting (1) at the BPMV and tighten the fitting to 32 N.m (24 lb ft).
- Secure the brake pipe to the retaining clip (1).
- Secure the brake pipe to the retaining clips (1) on the cowl.
- Secure the brake pipe to the retaining clips (1).
- Install the air conditioning evaporator hose assembly. Refer to Air Conditioning Evaporator Hose Assembly Replacement (LCV, LTG)
- Install the upper intermediate steering shaft to the mid intermediate steering shaft. Refer to Upper Intermediate Steering Shaft Replacement (RWD With LCV, LTG)Upper Intermediate Steering Shaft Replacement (AWD With LGX, LTG)
- Install Power Vacuum Brake Booster. Refer to Power Vacuum Brake Booster Replacement
- Connect the heater outlet pipe to the heater core. Refer to Heater Outlet Hose Replacement (LCV)Heater Outlet Hose Replacement (LTG with KL9)Heater Outlet Hose Replacement (LTG without KL9)
- Connect the heater inlet pipe to the heater core. Refer to Heater Inlet Hose Replacement (LCV, LTG)
- Install the outer fuel pump insulator. Refer to Fuel Pump Insulator Replacement (Outer)
- Install the plenum front panel. Refer to Plenum Front Panel Replacement
- Bleed the hydraulic brake system. Refer to Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Manual) Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Pressure) .
