Installation Procedure

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Component Fastener Tightening Caution .

  1. Install the transmission fluid temperature sensor/drain plug (2) and tighten to 27 N.m (20 lb ft).
  2. Connect the electrical connector to the transmission fluid temperature sensor/drain plug.
  3. Fill the transmission with transmission fluid. Refer to Transmission Fluid Level Inspection (MG9) Transmission Fluid Level Inspection (M3L) 
  4. Remove the drain pan.
  5. Lower the vehicle.
