Removal Procedure

  1. Drain the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static) Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716) 
  2. Remove Radiator Air Upper Baffle and Deflector Replacement (LGX) 
  3. Remove Radiator Air Lower Baffle and Deflector Replacement (LGX)

  4. Remove Radiator Surge Tank Inlet Hose (2) @Radiator - Radiator Surge Tank Inlet Hose Replacement (LGX)

  5. Remove Radiator Inlet Hose (2) @Radiator - Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (LGX)

  6. Remove Radiator Outlet Hose (2) @Radiator - Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (LGX) 
  7. Remove Engine Coolant Fan Shroud Engine Coolant Fan Shroud Replacement (LGX) 
  8. Remove Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe@Radiator - Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe Replacement (LGX With RWD, Without V03)Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe Replacement (LGX With AWD, Without V03)
  9. Remove Air Conditioning Condenser.Air Conditioning Condenser Replacement (LGX without V03)
