Installation Procedure

- Install a NEW Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor Seal (1).
- Install Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor (2)
- Install Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor Retainer (1)
- Install and tighten Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor Fastener (2) (Qty: 2) to 10 N.m (89 lb in)
- Connect Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor Electrical Connector (1)
- Connect the Fuel Feed Pipe - Fuel Tank to Engine to the Fuel Feed Pipe - at Engine. Refer to Fuel Feed Pipe Replacement (Fuel Tank To Engine LF4) Fuel Feed Pipe Replacement (LF4 at Engine)
- Install Engine Rear Noise Shield. Refer to Engine Rear Noise Shield Replacement (LF4)
- Install Plenum Front Panel. Refer to Plenum Front Panel Replacement
- Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static)Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716)
