Removal Procedure

Remove the turbocharger wastegate actuator vacuum tank. Refer to Turbocharger Wastegate Actuator Vacuum Tank Replacement .
Remove the supercharger water manifold. Refer to Supercharger Water Manifold Replacement .

Disconnect vacuum line (1). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .

Disconnect electrical connector (1)

Remove the left charge air cooler inlet air tube bolts (1) and position tube aside. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Inlet Pipe Replacement - Left Side .

Remove the right charge air cooler inlet air tube bolts (1) and position tube aside. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Inlet Pipe Replacement - Right Side .

Remove the charge air cooler bolts (1) and the charge air cooler cover (2).

Remove and discard the gaskets (1 and 2).
