Radiator Support Replacement

Radiator Support Replacement

Callout Component Name

Preliminary Procedures

  1. Remove the front fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Impact Bar Replacement (GMC) or Front Bumper Impact Bar Replacement (Chevrolet) .
  2. Remove the hood latch. Refer to Hood Latch Replacement .
  3. Remove the radiator. Refer to Radiator Replacement (4.3, 4.8, 5.3, and 6.0L) or Radiator Replacement (LLM) .
  4. Remove the A/C condenser. Refer to Condenser Replacement .
  5. Remove the fender bolts. Refer to Front Fender Replacement - Left Side  and Front Fender Replacement - Right Side .
1 Radiator Support Mount Nuts (Qty: 2)
NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .

Tighten:  70 N.m (52 lb ft)

2 Radiator Support Mount Bolts (Qty: 2)

Tighten:  70 N.m (52 lb ft)

3 Radiator Support
Tip:  Transfer any parts as needed.
