Preliminary Procedures Remove the radiator grille. Refer to Radiator Grille Replacement (Chevrolet) or Radiator Grille Replacement (GMC) or Radiator Grille Replacement (Chevrolet HD) or Radiator Grille Replacement (GMC HD) . Remove the headlamp. Refer to Headlamp Replacement (Chevrolet) or Headlamp Replacement (GMC ) or Headlamp Replacement (HD Diesel) .
1	Hood Stop Bumper Bracket Bolts (Qty: 3) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten: 9 N.m (80 lb in)
2	Hood Stop Bumper Bracket Tip: Unclip radiator air baffles from stop bracket.

Hood Stop Bumper Bracket Bolts (Qty: 3)

CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .

Tighten: 9 N.m (80 lb in)

Tip: Unclip radiator air baffles from stop bracket.
