Installation Procedure

- Install the control valve body and channel plate. Refer to Control Valve Body and Channel Plate Installation
- Install the control valve body cover. Refer to Control Valve Body Cover Installation
- Install the two front frame bolts. Refer to Frame Replacement (2MT70 Transmission)
- Install the front transaxle mount to cradle bolts. Refer to Transmission Front Mount Replacement
- Fill the generator control module cooling system. Refer to Generator Control Module Cooling System Draining and Filling
- Install the hood latch assembly. Refer to Hood Primary and Secondary Latch Replacement
- Install the radiator assembly. Refer to Radiator Replacement (With HP5) or Radiator Replacement (Without HP5)
- Install the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (Base) or Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (Red Line)
- Install the left and right headlamps to the vehicle. Refer to Headlamp Replacement
- Adjust the hood latch assembly. Refer to Hood Latch Adjustment
- Install the upper radiator sight shield. Refer to Radiator Opening Upper Cover Replacement
- Charge the air conditioning system. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (With HP5) or Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (Without HP5)
- Enable the hybrid high voltage system. Refer to High Voltage Enabling
- Connect the 12 volt battery negative cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (HP5)
