DTC Chart 

DTC Description Component Action
P1709 Park Neutral Position Switch Out Of Self Test Range TR sensor CLEAR the DTC. Make sure the vehicle is in Park or Neutral. CARRY OUT the KOEO and KOER PCM self-tests. If the DTC returns, GO to Pinpoint Test C
