3 Way Valve

REMOVAL

Remove the belly pan. Refer to BELLY PAN BEV .
Drain the cooling system. Refer to DRAINING - LOW TEMP/BATTERY COOLING SYSTEM .

Disconnect the three coolant hose quick disconnect fittings from the 3 way valve.

3 - Wiring Harness Connector

Release the wiring harness connector retainers for the 3 way valve, then disconnect the wiring harness connector.
Remove the fasteners and 3 way valve.

INSTALLATION

Follow the removal procedure in reverse for general reassembly of the components on the vehicle. The steps listed below are calling out specific procedures that should be followed during installation.

Fill the cooling system. Refer to FILLING - LOW TEMP/BATTERY COOLING SYSTEM .
Check the cooling system for leaks. Refer to BATTERY COOLING, DIAGNOSIS AND TESTING .
