Draining - Low Temp/Battery Cooling System

LOW TEMP COOLANT SYSTEM DRAIN 

1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to HOISTING, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
2. Remove the belly pan. Refer to BELLY PAN BEV .
3. Position a drain pan under the radiator drain valve.
4. Open the drain and collect the coolant into a suitable container.

BATTERY PACK COOLANT DRAIN 

1. Remove the underbody shield. Refer to SIDE UNDERBODY SHIELDS BEV .
2. Position a drain pan under the battery coolant hoses.

   1 - Battery Coolant Hose Quick-Connect Fitting

3. Disconnect the coolant hose quick-connect fittings and collect the battery coolant.
