With Overhead Console

NOTE:

In the event the headliner is damaged or creased during removal, it will need to be replaced with a new headliner.

  1. Remove the fasteners (2) and the grab handles (3).

  2. Using a trim stick or equivalent, release the switch pod bezel (1) and disconnect the wire harness connectors (2). Remove the switch pod bezel (1) from the vehicle.
  3. Remove the left A-pillar trim. Refer to PANEL, A-PILLAR TRIM, REMOVAL .
  4. Remove the left upper B-pillar trim. Refer to PANEL, B-PILLAR TRIM, UPPER, REMOVAL .
  5. Remove the front overhead console. Refer to CONSOLE, OVERHEAD, FRONT, REMOVAL .

  6. Remove the fasteners (1) securing the metal bracket (2) to the vehicle.

  7. Remove the fasteners (1) securing the plastic bracket (2) to the vehicle.

  8. Remove the push fasteners (1) holding the headliner (2) in place.
  9. Remove the headliner.
