Mirror, Outside Rearview: Removal

NOTE:

Before replacing the power folding exterior mirror due to an excessive vibration concern, verify that mirror housing is aligned properly. Refer to POWER FOLDING MIRROR ALIGNMENT .

  1. For vehicles equipped with power mirrors, remove the door trim panel. Refer to PANEL, DOOR TRIM, REMOVAL .
  2. Remove the mirror flag trim. Refer to FLAG, MIRROR, REMOVAL .

  3. Remove the fasteners (1).

  4. Disconnect the wire harness connectors (2) and remove the mirror (1).
