Adapter, Disc Brake Caliper: Installation: Front

NOTE:

The brake caliper adapters must be free of rust and debris before the anti-rattle clips are installed.

  1. Position the brake caliper adapter to the knuckle.
  2. Install the disc brake caliper adapter mounting bolts (1) and tighten to the proper specifications. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
  3. Install NEW  brake pad anti-rattle clips.
  4. Install the front brake pads. Refer to PADS, BRAKE, REAR, INSTALLATION .
  5. Install the brake caliper. Refer to CALIPER, DISC BRAKE, REAR, INSTALLATION .
  6. Install the front wheel and tire assembly. Refer to INSTALLATION .
  7. Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
