Oil Pump Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Lower Oil Pan - Remove - Lower Oil Pan Replacement

   Oil Pump Bolt (1) - Remove [3x]

   NOTE:

   Rotate the oil pump in direction of the arrow during the installation process.

   Oil Pump - Remove

   Oil Pump Gasket (1) - Remove and DISCARD

5. Oil Pump - Clean and inspect - Oil Pump Cleaning and Inspection 

Installation Procedure

   Oil Pump Gasket (1) - Install NEW

   NOTE:

   Rotate the oil pump in direction of the arrow during the installation process.

   Oil Pump - Install

   CAUTION:

   Fastener Caution

   Oil Pump Bolt (1) - Install [3x]

4. Oil Pump Bolt (1) - Tighten in sequence [3x] 8.5 N.m (75 lb in)
5. Lower Oil Pan - Install - Lower Oil Pan Replacement
