Removal Procedure

  1. Air Cleaner Outlet Intermediate Duct - Remove - Air Cleaner Outlet Intermediate Duct Replacement
  2. Air Cleaner Outlet Duct - Remove - Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement
  3. Throttle Body Assembly - Remove - Throttle Body Assembly Replacement
  4. Oil Level Indicator Tube - Remove - Oil Level Indicator Tube Replacement

    Electrical Connector (1) - Disconnect [2x]

  6. Retainer (2) @ Intake Manifold (3) - Remove [3x]
  7. Intake Air Pressure and Temperature Sensor - Remove - Intake Air Pressure and Temperature Sensor Replacement

    Retainer (1) @ Intake Manifold (2) - Remove

    Fuel Injection Fuel Rail Wiring Harness (1) @ Intake Manifold (2) - Disconnect

    Intake Manifold Bolt (1) @ Intake Manifold (2) - Remove [7x]

    Intake Manifold (1) - Remove

  12. Intake Manifold Gasket (2) - Remove and DISCARD
