Installation Procedure

  1. Fig 1: Identifying Transmission Mount And Bolts With Tightening Sequence

    Transmission Mount (2) - Install

    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    CAUTION:

    The stated fastener removal or installation sequence must be followed to avoid damage to the components of the mount assembly.

  2. Hand start the 4 transmission mount bolts (1).

    Transmission Mount Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 58 N.m (43 lb ft)

    Transmission Mount Brace (2) - Install

  5. Transmission Mount Brace Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
  6. Perform the powertrain mount balancing procedure.
  7. Remove the engine support fixture.
  8. Install the battery tray. Battery Tray Replacement
