Installation Procedure

Temperature Valve Actuator - Left Side (2) - Install
- Connect the electrical connector.
- Temperature Valve Actuator Fastener (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 1.0 N.m (9 lb in)
Latch the heater and air conditioning evaporator and blower case (1) onto the air conditioning evaporator case indicated by the arrows.
- Air Conditioning Wiring Harness - Connect as necessary
Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Screw (1) - Install and tighten - Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Upper Case Replacement
Floor Front Air Outlet Duct - Right Side (2) - Install
- Floor Front Air Outlet Duct Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Floor Front Air Outlet Duct Replacement - Right Side
If equipped attach the heater and air conditioning evaporator and blower module insulator (1) to the heater and air conditioning evaporator and blower module.
Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module (1) - Install - Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Removal and Installation
- Inspect for coolant leaks.
- Inspect for refrigerant leaks.
