Installation Procedure

It is necessary to perform the air conditioning compressor oil balance procedure prior to installing the air conditioning compressor. Air Conditioning Compressor Oil Balancing

Install the air conditioning with motor compressor (3) to the vehicle.

CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .

Air Conditioning Compressor Bolt (4) @ Air Conditioning with Motor Compressor (3) - Install and tighten [2x] 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
Air Conditioning Compressor Stud (2) @ Air Conditioning with Motor Compressor (3) - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
Air Conditioning Compressor Nut (1) @ Air Conditioning with Motor Compressor (3) - Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)

Recharge the refrigerant. Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (R-1234yf)
