Removal Procedure

- Drain the engine oil. Engine Oil and Oil Filter Replacement
- Exhaust Heat Exchanger - Remove - Exhaust Heat Exchanger Replacement (LKN)
- Front Wheelhouse Liner-Right SideRemove - FRONT WHEELHOUSE LINER REPLACEMENT - RIGHT SIDE (LKN)
- Exhaust Rear Bracket - Remove - Exhaust Rear Bracket Replacement (LKN)
Transmission Bolt (1) - Remove [2x]
- Transmission Mount Strut Bracket - Remove - Transmission Mount Strut Bracket Replacement
- NOTE:
Mark the position of the oil pan bolts because of different length.
Oil Pan Bolt (1) - Remove [3x]
- Oil Pan Bolt (2) - Remove [10x]
- Oil Pan (3) - Remove
- If re-installing the oil pan, clean perform a cleaning and inspection prior to reinstalling. Oil Pan Cleaning and Inspection
