Installation Procedure

- NOTE:
Ensure that the clips in the intake manifold cover (1) are secure upon assembly.
Assemble the intake manifold cover (1) and upper intake manifold cover (3) onto the intake manifold (2).
Install the intake manifold cover and upper intake manifold cover retainers (1).
- Evaporative Emission Canister Purge Solenoid Valve Replacement - Install
Evaporative Emission Canister Purge Tube (1) - Install - Evaporative Emission Canister Purge Tube Replacement (Intake Manifold to Purge Solenoid Valve)
- Intake Air Pressure and Temperature Sensor Replacement - Remove
Fuel Feed Front Pipe Bracket (2) - Install
- Fuel Feed Front Pipe Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten 10 N.m (89 lb in)
- Fuel Feed Front Pipe @ Fuel Pump - Connect Fuel Feed Front Pipe Replacement
- Throttle Body Assembly Replacement - Install
