Installation Procedure

    NOTE:

    Install NEW seal rings.

    Engine Oil Cooler Housing Seal (3) - Install [2x]

  2. Engine Oil Cooler Housing (2) - Install
    3. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  3. Engine Oil Cooler Housing Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [4x] 25 N.m (18 lb ft)

    Engine Wiring Harness Retainer (4) - Connect

  5. Connect the thermostat electrical connector. (3)
  6. Radiator Outlet Hose (2) - Connect
  7. Radiator Outlet Hose Retainer (1) - Engage
  8. Water Pump Belt - Install - Water Pump Belt Replacement
  9. Water Pump Inlet Pipe - Install - Water Pump Inlet Pipe Replacement (LKN) 
  10. Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler Inlet Pipe - Install - Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler Inlet Pipe Replacement
  11. Fill the engine oil to the proper level with NEW engine oil. Engine Oil and Oil Filter Replacement
