Removal Procedure

Air Cleaner Assembly - Remove - Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement
Front Wheelhouse Liner-Right Side - Remove - FRONT WHEELHOUSE LINER REPLACEMENT - RIGHT SIDE (LKN)

Cut the water pump belt (1) with an appropriate cutting tool at position (2).
Water Pump Belt - Remove

Installation Procedure

Install the water pump belt (1) to the water pump pulley (2).

Loosely install the EN-51767-2 Universal Stretchy Belt Installer (1) to the crankshaft pulley.
1. Install the belt (2) over the EN-51767-2 Universal Stretchy Belt Installer as shown.
2. Slide the EN-51767-2 Universal Stretchy Belt Installer clockwise along the pulley until the belt is snug.
3. Hand tighten the EN-51767-2 Universal Stretchy Belt Installer thumbscrew.
Using the crankshaft pulley bolt (3), Rotate the crankshaft pulley clockwise until the belt is installed onto the pulley.

Once the belt has been installed on the pulley, remove the EN-51767-2 Universal Stretchy Belt Installer (2).
Using the crankshaft pulley bolt (1), rotate the crankshaft 360 degrees and inspect the pulleys to ensure the belt is properly aligned.
