Positive Crankcase Ventilation Heater (1) - Install

Ensure that the bolts and studs are installed in the previously noted locations.

Valve Rocker Arm Cover Bolt - Loosely install [8x]
Valve Rocker Arm Cover Stud - Loosely install [10x]

Refer to Fastener Caution .

Tighten in the sequence shown. 11 N.m (97 lb in)

Timing Belt Front Cover Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [3x] 10 N.m (89 lb in)
Camshaft Position Sensor - Install - Camshaft Position Sensor Replacement

Generator Bracket (3) - Install - Generator Bracket Replacement (Diesel)
Reposition and connect the coolant heater cord as needed. Coolant Heater Cord Replacement (LWN)

Oil Filler Tube Bracket (4) - Install
Oil Level Indicator Tube Bracket Bolt (2) - Install and tighten10 N.m (89 lb in)
Oil Level Indicator Tube Bolt (3) - Install and tighten10 N.m (89 lb in)

Reposition brackets (6) and wiring harness (7) as needed.
Wiring Harness Retainer (2) - Install
Electrical Connector (1) - Connect [3x]
Auxiliary Heater Inlet and Outlet Hose Clip Nut(3, 4, 5) - Install and tighten 5.5 N.m (49 lb in)
Fuel Injector - Install - Fuel Injector Replacement
Vacuum Pump Pipe - Install - Vacuum Pump Pipe Replacement
Fuel Injector Deadener - Install - Fuel Injector Deadener Replacement
