Installation Procedure

- NOTE:
Replace the exhaust gaskets with NEW gaskets.
Catalytic Converter Gasket (3) - Install
- Nitrogen Oxides Catalytic Converter (2) - Install
- Catalytic Converter Nut (1) - Install and tighten [3x]50 N.m (37 lb ft)
- Exhaust Temperature Sensor-Position 3 (2) - Connect - Exhaust Temperature Sensor Replacement - Position 3
Nitrogen Oxides Sensor-Position 2 (1) - Install - Nitrogen Oxides Sensor Replacement - Position 2
Emission Reduction Fluid Exhaust Front Pipe Injector (1) - Connect - Emission Reduction Fluid Exhaust Front Pipe Injector Replacement
Exhaust Particulate Filter (2) - Install - Exhaust Particulate Filter Replacement (LWN)
- If replacing the Nitrogen Oxides Catalytic Converter with new, a NOx Catalyst Reset will need to be performed. NOx Catalyst Reset
