Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the clutch pressure and driven plate. Refer to Clutch Pressure and Driven Plate Replacement .
  2. Remove the starter. Refer to Starter Replacement (without Start/Stop)Starter Replacement (LV7) .

    Install the EN-51760  holder (2), lock the flywheel via the starter ring gear.

  4. Install the starter bolt (1).

    NOTE:

    Crankshaft position sensor reluctor ring can fall easily and be damaged. Ensure the crankshaft position sensor reluctor ring not to fall out.

    Remove the 8 flywheel bolts (2).

  6. Remove the flywheel (1).
