Removal Procedure
WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
- Remove the engine control module and electronic brake control module bracket along with the engine control module. Do NOT disconnect the wiring harness connectors. Hang the engine control module and bracket aside. Engine Control Module and Electronic Brake Control Module Bracket Replacement
- Front Compartment Fuse Block Housing - Remove - Front Compartment Fuse Block Housing Replacement
- Radiator Surge Tank - Position aside - Radiator Surge Tank Replacement
- Engine Sight Shield - Remove - Engine Sight Shield Replacement
Install the EN-51007 support to the engine lift brackets (2) and apply tension to the hooks (1). Engine Support Fixture
Remove and DISCARD the 4 transmission mount to transmission bolts (4).
- Remove the transmission mount through bolt (2).
- Remove and DISCARD the 3 transmission mount to body bolts (1).
- Transmission Mount (3) - Remove
NOTE:
Do NOT disconnect the engine coolant hoses.
