Installation Procedure

    Transmission Mount (3) - Install

    2. CAUTION:

    Fastener Caution

    CAUTION:

    Torque-to-Yield Fastener Caution

  2. Install 3 NEW transmission mount to body bolts (1) and tighten a first pass to 100 N.m (74 lb ft).
  3. Tighten the 3 NEW transmission mount to body bolts a final pass to an additional 60 - 75 degrees, using the EN-45059  meter.
  4. Install the transmission mount through bolt (2) and tighten to 58 N.m (43 lb ft).
    5. CAUTION:

    Torque-to-Yield Fastener Caution

  5. Install 4 NEW transmission mount to transmission bolts (4) and tighten a first pass to 100 N.m (74 lb ft).
  6. Tighten the 4 NEW transmission mount to transmission bolts a final pass to an additional 60 - 75 degrees, using the EN-45059  meter.

    Remove the EN-51007  support (1) from the engine lift brackets (2). Engine Support Fixture

  8. Engine Sight Shield - Install - Engine Sight Shield Replacement
  9. Radiator Surge Tank - Install - Radiator Surge Tank Replacement
  10. Front Compartment Fuse Block Housing - Install - Front Compartment Fuse Block Housing Replacement
  11. Install the engine control module and electronic brake control module bracket along with the engine control module. Engine Control Module and Electronic Brake Control Module Bracket Replacement
