Removal Procedure

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
  2. Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
  3. Front Compartment Insulator Replacement - Remove
  4. Exhaust Front Pipe Replacement (1.6L Diesel LH7) - Remove

    Disconnect the electrical connector:

    1. Starter (1)
    2. Fuel Injection Pump (2)
    3. Engine Oil Pressure Switch (3)
  6. Wiring Harness Clip (5) - Unclip
  7. Hang the wiring harness (4) aside.

    Engine Oil Pressure Switch (1) - Remove
