Camshaft Housing Gasket (5) @ Camshaft Housing (4) - Install NEW
Camshaft Housing Bolt (2) @ Camshaft Housing (4) - Install [20x]
Inspect the correct seat of the camshaft housing bolt bushings (3) and the camshaft housing cover insulators (1).

NOTE:
Mind the different bolts.

Install the camshaft housing cover (3) along with the camshaft housing gasket (5) and the 20 camshaft housing bolts (1, 2, 4).
Camshaft Housing Bolt (1, 2, 4) - Hand tighten [20x]

Engine Oil Level Indicator (1) - Install

Engine Lift Bracket (1) - Install
Engine Lift Bracket Bolt (2) - Install and tighten 58 N.m (43 lb ft)

Turbocharger Coolant Feed Pipe (4) - Reposition
Turbocharger Wastegate Actuator Pipe (2) - Reposition
Install the turbocharger wastegate actuator pipe nut (5) and tighten to 10 N.m (89 lb in)
Turbocharger Wastegate Actuator Pipe Bolt (1, 3) - Install and tighten [3x] 10 N.m (89 lb in)

Turbocharger Heat Shield (2) - Install
Turbocharger Heat Shield (2) @ Clamp (3) - Install
Turbocharger Heat Shield Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 10 N.m (89 lb in)

Turbocharger Heat Shield Nut (3) - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
Turbocharger Heat Shield Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [4x] 9 N.m (80 lb in)

Do not bend the cable sharply at the base of either the sensing unit or sensor ECU in the final mounting position

Nitrogen Oxides Sensor (2) - Install and tighten 50 N.m (37 lb ft)

Engine Control Module Wiring Harness Bracket (2) - Reposition
Engine Control Module and Engine Wiring Harness Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 9 N.m (80 lb in)

Wiring Harness Clip (3) - Install [2x]

NOTE:
Ensure the outlet duct is fully seated to the mating surfaces before clamping. Verify that the cuff is not rolled under.

Air Cleaner Outlet Duct (3) - Install

CAUTION:

Fastener Caution

Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Clamp (1, 2) - Tighten [2x] 3.5 N.m (31 lb in)

Wiring Harness (3) - Reposition
Electrical Connector (2) @ Positive Crankcase Ventilation Heater (1) - Connect
Wiring Harness Clip (4) - Install

Fuel Injector - Install [4x] - Fuel Injector Replacement
Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
Install the engine sight shield. Engine Sight Shield Replacement
