Installation Procedure

Fuel Injection Fuel Rail (2) - Install
- Fuel Injection Fuel Rail Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 25 N.m (18 lb ft)
Diesel Fuel Separator Hose (3) @ Fuel Injection Fuel Rail - Connect
- Diesel Fuel Separator Hose Clamp (5) - Install
- Fuel Injection Fuel Rail Noise Shield (2) - Install
- Connect the electrical connector:
- Fuel Pressure Sensor (1)
- Fuel Pressure Regulator (4)
Fuel Injection Fuel Feed Pipe (1) - Install NEW [4x]
- Fuel Injection Fuel Feed Pipe (1) @ Fuel Injector (2) - Hand tighten [4x]
- Fuel Injection Fuel Feed Pipe (1) @ Fuel Injection Fuel Rail (3) - Hand tighten [4x]
- Fuel Injection Fuel Feed Pipe (1) - Tighten [8x] 28 N.m (21 lb ft)
Fuel Injector Insulator (1) - Install
- Fuel Injector Fuel Return Hose (4) @ Diesel Fuel Separator (2) - Connect
- Install a NEW clamp. (3)
Remove the suitable closure plugs from all connections.
- Fuel Injection Fuel Feed Pipe (2) - Install NEW
- Fuel Injection Fuel Feed Pipe (2) @ Fuel Injection Fuel Rail (3) - Hand tighten
- Fuel Injection Fuel Feed Pipe (2) @ Fuel Injection Pump (4) - Hand tighten
- Fuel Injection Fuel Feed Pipe (2) - Tighten [2x] 28 N.m (21 lb ft)
- Fuel Injection Fuel Feed Pipe Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
- Install the engine sight shield. Engine Sight Shield Replacement
- Dash Upper Extension Panel Opening Cover - Install - Dash Upper Extension Panel Opening Cover Replacement
- Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection

NOTE:
Counterhold at the fuel injection pump connector (4).
