WARNING: Refer to SIR Warning . Preliminary Procedures Remove the front seats. Refer to Driver or Passenger Seat Removal and Installation . Remove the rear seats. Refer to Rear Seat Cushion Removal and Installation . Remove the rear floor lower console Rear Floor Lower Console Replacement . Remove the front floor console. Refer to Front Floor Console Replacement . Remove the instrument panel tie bar braces. Refer to Instrument Panel Tie Bar Brace Replacement . Remove the floor front air outlet duct adapters. Refer to Floor Front Air Outlet Duct Replacement - Right Side . and Floor Front Air Outlet Duct Replacement - Left Side . Remove the high density foam insulators from the top center of the console and from below the center of the HVAC module assembly. Remove the body control module bracket. Refer to Body Control Module Bracket Replacement . Reposition the HVAC module assembly drain hose. Remove the front side door sill trim plates. Refer to Front Side Door Sill Trim Plate Replacement .
1	Front Floor Panel Carpet Retainer (Qty: 2)
2	Front Floor Panel Carpet Procedure Loosen the transmission control bolts and reposition without disconnecting cables. Disconnect and reposition the wiring harness as necessary.

Preliminary Procedures

Remove the front seats. Refer to Driver or Passenger Seat Removal and Installation .
Remove the rear seats. Refer to Rear Seat Cushion Removal and Installation .
Remove the rear floor lower console Rear Floor Lower Console Replacement .
Remove the front floor console. Refer to Front Floor Console Replacement .
Remove the instrument panel tie bar braces. Refer to Instrument Panel Tie Bar Brace Replacement .
Remove the floor front air outlet duct adapters. Refer to Floor Front Air Outlet Duct Replacement - Right Side . and Floor Front Air Outlet Duct Replacement - Left Side .
Remove the high density foam insulators from the top center of the console and from below the center of the HVAC module assembly.
Remove the body control module bracket. Refer to Body Control Module Bracket Replacement .
Reposition the HVAC module assembly drain hose.
Remove the front side door sill trim plates. Refer to Front Side Door Sill Trim Plate Replacement .

Procedure

Loosen the transmission control bolts and reposition without disconnecting cables.
Disconnect and reposition the wiring harness as necessary.
