Preliminary Procedures

  1. Remove the heater and the air conditioning evaporator case. Refer to Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator Case Replacement .
  2. Remove the heater core inlet tube. Refer to Heater Core Inlet Tube Replacement .
  3. Remove the heater core outlet tube. Refer to Heater Core Outlet Tube Replacement .

Open the retaining clamps.
