Preliminary Procedures

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
  2. Remove the control solenoid valve assembly from the transmission. Refer to Control Solenoid Valve Replacement .
  3. Perform the Control Solenoid Valve Inspection  procedure.
